Today, during the sambo tournament, the Katsapas demonstrated a hand-held anti-tank grenade launcher to the children there. Someone pulled the trigger and several people were injured as a result.

Also don't those have a safety cap on the tip (assuming it's like an rpg-7)?

Edit: wait, the AT-4 has the safety cap, the rpg requires launch acceleration which firing it would do.
