I looked up an Air Quality Survey of my area over a decade ago and it was such bullshit I couldn't believe it. They claimed it was like an 87/100 (higher score meant better) when there was a methane emitting flare stack 30 mi in every single direction. The region lately has had studies written about the heavy correlation with birth defects.
