CRITICAL BUG : can't ban anyone in app even though you are the mod it shows not an admin error. (lemmy.today)

You don't have to be an admin to ban users from the /c/ you mod and i did it via lemmy ui. This bug is litteraly rendering all the mod tools you guys/gals made useless if you can please do a hot fix.
