Obviously not that great in comparison, but I've managed to keep running 3 times a week since September last year. I'm pretty happy with this I've gotta say. Started running for weight loss and heart health. Haven't lost any weight - I'm still ~120kg post COVID - but my heart health has improved a lot.

Side note - if I was to compete against the 4 minute mile record holder, they would beat me by almost exactly 4 minutes...haha

The important part is that you're sticking with it! The only person you're competing with is yourself and that next PB. Congratulations! I've been recently getting back into the groove with running consistently myself (Ow my shins hurt).

Weight loss doesn't happen overnight, but if you're still having issues losing weight after consistently running a few 5K's a week then you might want to take a look at and adjust your diet a bit. If at all possible due to your life circumstances, the combination of exercise and diet is integral to getting those Kg's off!
