It's the major thing holding me back from buying ad free. Trying to view dms instantly crashes the app and it's very frustrating.

You use the left drawer to get to the inbox? There's an issue on GitHub about changing views from the left drawer/More Actions inbox buttons. you can get there, but you have to use Bottom Nav.
