Replacement for r/steamdeck_linux.
As Lemmy doesn't have flairs yet, you can use these prefixes to indicate what type of post you have made, eg:
[Flair] My post title
The following is a list of suggested flairs:
[Discussion] - General discussion.
[Help] - A request for help or support.
[News] - News about the deck.
[PSA] - Sharing important information.
[Game] - News / info about a game on the deck.
[Update] - An update to a previous post.
[Meta] - Discussion about this community.
Some more Steam Deck specific flairs:
[Boot Screen] - Custom boot screens/videos.
[Selling] - If you are selling your deck.
These are not enforced, but they are encouraged.
Rules:
- Follow the rules of Sopuli
- Posts must be related to the Steam Deck in an obvious way.
- No piracy, there are other communities for that.
- Discussion of emulators are allowed, but no discussion on how to illegally acquire ROMs.
- This is a place of civil discussion, no trolling.

Yeah, I've got 4 Stadia controllers left from the service. Between the free hardware and getting all my game purchases refunded I made out really good.
I only have my founders and a white controller, but besides that I did make a profit on Stadia! I sold the Chromecasts that came with the Founders and première kit. Also, I got the premiere kit free with Cyberpunk.
Only thing that wasn't a direct profit was the founders entry, but that was a birthday gift to me.
Although I have a great pc now, I still miss Stadia...
Yeah, Stadia's ability to seamlessly play a game on any screen in my house was huge. And it came out at a really good time where my PC wasn't able to keep up with modern games, but they had just rolled fiber out in my neighborhood. It was also a great gaming platform for my kids, with the stadia pro membership giving them plenty of games to keep them busy.
The steam deck filled a lot of the use cases that Stadia did for me though, and let me leverage my pre-existing steam library.
