The "glowie" reference is from Terry A. Davis, TempleOS', uh, esoteric developer.

The quote is "CIA n****** glow in the dark", government agents have been called glowies ever since.

He was such an amazingly talented individual, ruined by incessantly degrading mental health. It was so painful to see.
