This is honestly the correct answer. My uncle types like this and I asked him why, since it seems like he's yelling at me via text. He said it was because then he could read it without getting his glasses.
It is AMAZING TO SEE the SYNTAX of that man (a former Great President, and frankly, one subjected to MORE WITCH HUNTS than ANY OTHER in our country’s Great History) when you realize it all but proves Sleepy Joe Biden stole the election. Sad!
