Technically, I guess. Any country that's not US will do.
There are a few more countries where iOS is dominating like for example Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Iceland, UK, Albania, Canada, Japan, Switzerland, and North Korea‽‽‽

Yea, these stats don't feel right - no way US is only 57%.
