Honestly, I'm so glad Karlsson is gone. Not just because of cap space. I think having a player that is constantly saying how much he resents the team he is on for sucking is bad for team morale. And then a couple weeks ago saying that he didn't like Brent Burns. Idk. He just rubbed me the wrong way. I'm just glad he's off my team, and we can move on with a rebuild.
Now what's best for the Sharks is if the Penguins suck for the next two years in a row to maximize that draft pick. I'm sure Penguins fans will be heartbroken to know that Sharks fans are rooting against them. 😂
Giving you guys Karlsson got us Stützle in the draft so it'll be interesting to see who you end up getting with PITs pick
I doubt it will be anyone as good as Stützle, but it would be nice.
