Where exactly has it decided that? And I dont mean in some Interview by one Hamas leader. This is a decision that the actual commanding structure of Hamas (most likely, both the Politburo and the military leadership) has to take.

It is, of course, possible that this has all been a PR operation by Hamas, and that it has been making the same calculation as the Zionist movement originally did — i.e., that it could accept a partition of Palestine and then later expand to take the whole thing.

Hamas has never participated in peace negotiations, has always refused the PLO positions raised during these negotiations and has multiple times stated in public that they want a truce (be it 10 or 30 years) as a temporary measure in the continued fight against the Zionist state.
