Video game news oriented community. No NanoUFO is not a bot :)

Yeah, I built my first PC around 15 years ago, and most people online recommended Asus or Gigabyte:

  • Asus - high quality products and support
  • Gigabyte - dual BIOS so you wouldn't need support

Today, I mostly buy ASRock because they support optional features more often, such as ECC RAM and compatibility for newer AM4 processors on the OG x370. They were considered trash when I first built PCs, and now they're pretty good. I guess Asus is the opposite now...
