Alt-J is low key the horniest band i have ever listened too. "Turn you inside out and lick you like a crisp packet" is an all time great lyric. If this is horny enough for you, try the boy version of the song.

Yeah they definitely get there. I miss their first album vibes fr though. "Tesselate" was a great ode to threesomes (well love triangles, at least) , and "Fitzpleasure" was just all horny, all day.

I feel like The Dream is the closest they've gotten back to that sound since then, but they went a little far with it and didn't have many catchy or groovy tracks, imo. Any recommendations for bands/albums with similar vibes to An Awesome Wave?

I really don't have anything that compares. Alt-J is one of those bands that came out of nowhere with a perfect album with a new sound no one has ever heard before. I really like there second album This is All Yours but I have never heard a bamd that hits quite like Alt-J.

Saw them in concert 2 years ago and have never seen anything like it since. They capture a crowd and can get it do anything.
