There are many services that will let you create custom rubber stamps, just search. One of them is https://www.rubberstamps.net/

I think this time it maybe banker bots, they are angry about having their scam notes "defaced" AKA improved with info about real money.

when we try to build our own financial system this makes certain kinds of ordinary people really mad for a lot of dumb reasons. they haven't been told that they are allowed to think it's cool yet
