So long as it works on Proton and they haven’t done anything stupid to block it like some of those other companies… it’s hard to get mad about this.

And as great as the new M-class Macs are, Apple’s porting tools are not as great as was advertised… and that’s before all their code signing shenanigans and whatnot.

Yeah, Linux losing native ports is valve’s own fault. You put in all the work for free, people expect you to continue putting in the work for free. Apple’s GPTK is years behind, but the same thing will happen with that. Fewer Mac ports, greater work put into the GPTK to make up for it.

Yeah I was literally playing System Shock on Linux just a couple hours ago with maybe only a couple more hitches than in my windows install
