Apart from the Inuit, Hawaii, and a small patch of "native nation" (presumably Navajo, though even they get rather screwed) most of the indigenous people are no better off, though.

I wanted more space for native people, but it's hard when they're almost nowhere the majority

Haida Gwaii, most of northern BC/Alberta/Saskatchewan/Ontario, and perhaps even all of Manitoba could be allotted to natives (even if they aren't the majority), for starters. All sorts of indigenous microstates (perhaps as protectorates) could also be established across much of the west, or alternatively, neighboring nations like Russia (which since the Soviets has had pretty great treatment of its own indigenous non-Russian peoples), Mexico, and Cuba could take large portions of the US (with the caveat of keeping the Yankee settlers' misbehavior down).
