Uhhhh… I don’t mean to be a negative Nancy, but this absolutely sounds like a huge PR gimmick.
Thing is, they’re going to be forced into doing the work for the ESG reporting, so they’re basically just highlighting a part of it for marketing.
Ah. Makes sense.
Perhaps, but I think it is an interesting idea nonetheless.
Requirement. Not gimmick.
Battery passports will be mandatory for new electric cars sold in Europe starting in February 2027.
