sh.itjust.works is Canadian last I checked, though it isn't readily apparent.

And there are plenty of non-Canadians on it too, like me from America. It's a pretty big instance, and I wouldn't be surprised if there are more non-Canadians than Canadians.

I thought the technical Canadian based instance was Lemmy.ca even if yours is also Canadian lol
