I totally agree with the sentiment, but I believe you misunderstand the figure, they are saying that from all the nazis killed in WWII the red army killed 86% of them, not that 86% all nazis ever were killed by the red army. That said they are fucking cockroaches and crawl around

Oh yes, I understand. Was being facetiously obtuse to take a poke at NATO. :)
