Our government here in Denmark is deep in the pockets of the meat industry, specifically Danish Crown. Don't let this fool you. They might approve tax insentives to vegetable farming, but they will never do a single thing that could harm the meat industry for real.
I have a friend who leaked videos about the illegal treatment of pigs on a Danish farm, and that case ended with him having to pay a giant ticket (>20.000€) and the farm paid absolutely nothing for their crimes, except the cost of their in-house lawyer fees. When he reported the case to the state, they just ignored him.
Sounds plausible, but do you have any evidence of it?
I cant think of evidence that wouldn't dox my friend. But I will see if I can get him to share a censored version of the verdict. The meat industry is a powerful enemy, and I'm doubtful he would be willing to share anything that could provoke them further.
Yeah he has to be carefull. But it would be interesting to see if possible
