Anyone else use these with a table top tape recorder to make mix tapes?

Or spend a lifetime looking at the residue atop, from summer melting a thick white rubber band wrapped around your Rocksteady action figure you tossed on top of your clock at bedtime?

The 80s were yesterday right? Weird to think how "just yesterday" the 50s and 60a felt to our parents which felt so foreign to our modern times. The size of the jump now.. jfc.. telling my kid about back in my day feels like medieval times. "We didn't have screens everywhere until a few years ago".. "it wasn't actually safer but they locked us out of the house all day"... Etc etc old man remarks
