I've had this plant for a few months now and suddenly it is starting to shed most of it leaves.

Climate has been really hot lately with 30+ for days on end being common. As for watering I don't really have a set schedule as it rains from time to time so I'll skip a watering here and there.

Thrip or spider mite stippling I think. Something is definitely eating the leaf, it's not a nutrient deficiency.
