I remember seeing this, I never knew wtf was going on (I never caught the intro) and I never got into it but seems like it could be a fun watch.

I loved that era of weird ass late night shows before you could look up what they were.

I enjoyed the mystery of the 90s.

For those not aware it was a comic first, which if I recall correctly the cartoon only covers the first half of or so.

Less than a half, probobly 1/3 -1/4 of the series. It just gets crazier. What a great series

I had a few issues as a small child and enjoyed it.

I enjoyed the show as a kid and only found out about the comic later as an adult. It’s probably why the show sticks with me and I don’t remember much about the comic.

This show was awesome, I still remember the guy with a lawnmower blade in his head

Fuck, 1994 is thirty years ago.

That means that when it was 1994, thirty years ago was 1964. I'm further from Nirvana than Nirvana was from the Beatles.

you and me both! I LOVED that show when it was on MTV Oddities.

I was thinking about this show earlier in the week, couldn't remember the name and was thinking of how in the hell would I explain it to someone.

Thanks for sharing!

I wore my Maxx t-shirt today, and at the grocery store a fellow fan complimented me. Thought I might share with others.

Who doesn't wish their middle fingers were hardened spikes?

This show was a trip. So was Aeon Flux and The Head.

So painfully 90s, love it

The Maxx, aeon Flux, speed racer, etc good times with the mtv late night 90s animation block. Probably influenced the creation of adult swim.

Wild, I've never even heard of this. So it looks like the comic came after The Watchmen, so maybe Maxx was somewhat inspired by Rorschach, but the movie's character may very well have been inspired by the voiceover of Maxx.

Also, the art in this is really reminding me of the Goblins comic. I bet this was an inspiration!
