JOHOR BAHRU - A building left idle for more than 20 years at Hospital Sultanah Aminah (HSA) here will be reopened as part of efforts to reduce congestion in the polyclinic area, said Johor Menteri Besar Datuk Onn Hafiz Ghazi.

Does Plaza Rakyat count? Not in my area but it's a well-known abandoned project.

Still agree it's a huge eyesore in central KL and obstacle to moving around the area esp Jln Robertson. Wouldn't want people looking down to see it from Merdeka 118
