This guy, Suchomimus, is a British Youtuber who has had some interesting commentary on ATACMS. I first started paying attention after he was going through satellite footage of the Russian helicopter base at Berdiansk and commenting -- this when Ukraine was just getting ATACMS and hadn't yet used them -- that it would make a prime target for cluster ATACMS. Shortly afterwards, Ukraine hit the base.
He's commenting here on some recent Ukrainian ATACMS strikes on Russian ferries to Crimea, and his dry British humor had me chuckling.
Now remember, at the time, Russian officials claimed that the ferries were just hit by debris from intercepted missiles.

...It also shows a nice, debris-shaped hole in the deck...which coincidentally, made the same shape that a missile penetration of a deck would. Almost as big a coincidence as debris happening to continue to fall onto all of the targets.
