You can currently only change some settings. Editing profile image, banner, or bio, is currently not possible.
Hey! Currently, profile editing is quite limited as others have mentioned. However, we’re adding more settings for profiles in an upcoming nightly version.

Not that I'm aware of unless it's been a really recent update.
