I see around 5 or 10 posts a day on "How do I get Monero now that Localmonero is gone?", I thought I might add to my website a very simple guide that's easy to read and follow. I'll leave it out there in case you find it useful. Plus check out the rest of the site, it's really simple, but I wanted to make a sort of repository for free or mostly free tools to guide newcomers to the privacy space, not only Monero. You might already know most of the tools, but it's intended for beginners. Any pointers on how to improve it welcome!

Good guide, but two things I would change. I would put Haveno further up the list rather than bisq because the fees are cheaper since it uses Monero as the base currency, and I would add monero.com wallet to the non-custodial mobile wallets section.

Absolutely will do! Thank you, that's why I published here.

Sweet. How about the options to also sell an item or provide a service for monero. Xmrbazaar or moneromarket. May also be worth mention mining for completeness.

Maybe a link to kyc not me and monerica? The Url gonna be hard to remember...

Probably a good idea, thank you, I wanted it to be minimalistic, not too much information, but I might divide it at the bottom and place those places to spend. I will also definitely add those to my homepage, with all the other tools. Thanks again.

even if minimalist, i think Monerica would be the perfect thing to add still. it's like "now that you got your monero, here are a thousand ways to spend it"

Added them mate! One question, I've used moneromarket but never xmrbazaar, it prompts me to sign in, where does one make an account, to add that to my site?

Xmrbazaar is in beta. Use username: beta and password: tester to get in (see this post)
