Nothing good ever comes out of Florida, though. Even if those initiatives were to accomplish anything, I'm sure the state courts would probably pull out some dusty old law from 1812 that says the governor can unconditionally veto any law that would make Jesus sad.
Per The wiki, the DEA announced plans on May 1st 2024 to move marijuana to schedule 3...isn't that the real headline here?!?
