Is Google Services Framework ID (GSF ID) of the device visible and accessible to all apps downloaded on the device on Android 10 and higher? Or is the GSF ID only visible and accessible to privileged apps?

There are apps in the store that claim they can show you your ID. Why don’t you try one, and see what permissions it comes with? I don’t think you can install a privileged app directly so this would be a useful test.
