Looking for a free pitch shifter plugin with low latency (lemmy.world)

I'm getting back into playing guitar, but I want to skip on constantly changing tunings and strings for them, also I would like some octaver effect or something like that.

The best free one is probably Pitchproof. It's alright but it doesn't handle chords well. I gave up using pitch shifting and got another guitar and put thick strings on it for low tunings.
