Delvin Mallory is listed as one of the prisoners that was in the lock with Jasper Kryx. Oh and obviously the adoring fan, a trait I did not pick up and have no plans to pick up after Oblivion...
Actually, I'm curious, does the adoring fan have badass traits? That'd get me to do it
He has 1 point in scavenging and 1 point in concealment. Basically, he sucks. However, if you are a pirate with the right trait, you can charge him a daily tax to be around you.
What planet is that on?

no its just a random plant on the ground. No harvest option
So I guess this means Fallout + TES + Starfield belong to the same multiverse.
