I thought it was about logistics and the supply of arms.
US Republicans seem to take up the position against anything good, and then find arguments for their position as they go.
Note: some Republicans aka the MAGA are working to eliminate all spending to Ukraine, they are payed off by ruia. Trump is their poster boi and he will do anything ruia says. Currently nothing is getting done without bipartisan cooperation.
Maybe the GOP can ask for dirt on Biden from Zelenskyy, in exchange for more funds.
