not sure who's getting paid but c02 sequestration pipeline is getting a lot of nimby for people whose land may get eminent domained. and risk of leaks killing everything since co2 is heavier than air so tends to spread silently near the ground. was: https://www.centralillinoisproud.com/video/illinois-commerce-commission-staffers-testify-against-wolf-carbon-solution%e2%80%99s-pipeline/9122014/
