Unlikely, unless he somehow manages to have complete control of the deep state and bourgeois class. He will still be authoritarian, but the American agenda must be above all else. He’s tried to interfere with it multiple times only to be put in his place and give a dry, unenthusiastic, scripted press statement declaring more clam headed measures.
