It’s only been seven years since the “Fred” started to rise up in the VR zombie shooter Arizona Sunshine, but a remake is already lumbering your way and will land on VR headsets on October 17. Vertigo Games announced the upcoming release of Arizona Sunshine Remake at the first VR Games Showcase. It's slated to come to the Meta Quest 2 and 3, PS VR2 and Steam.

The Arizona Sunshine Remake will feature the same central story and multiplayer modes but with a noticeable graphics update. The zombies look more defined and real in the trailer, with an advanced mutilation system that looks bloody great (pun intended). The remake also comes with all five of the game’s DLC storylines and gameplay modes.

FYI: protip. The original game is on sale right now for $5.00. you will be able to upgrade for $9.99 if you already own the original, pricing remakes cost total to about $15.00. normal remake price will be around $30.00

I think they said "starting at $10", maybe it also depends on how many dlcs you own, since the remake has them all? Not sure though. But at 5 bucks is definitely worth trying this.

Ah hell I thought it was everything. I knew that was too good to be true

Edit: where do you see "starting?" The website doesn't have this language

I‘m probably wrong, I thought it was in the video, but it says "upgrade from the original", so you’re probably right. Makes this an even better deal since the dlcs are even more expensive than the upgrade then

Of thank goodness. I bought it this week in preparation of being able to do the 9.99 upgrade
