Not surprised in the slightest.

I understand that trying to optimize (if they even try) games for multiple possible PC setups compared to one common setup for consoles is tougher. Still, PC gamers are more often than not given shitty games to "enjoy".

I had to refund it, the performance was so bad I couldn't justify supporting that level of optimization. You can't just slap dlss or fsr on something and call it good.
