That’s interesting. I wonder if we will see more duo plans as people are increasingly child free.

much thanks to @gary_host_laptop for the logo design :)
It blows my mind that even these companies choose to use marketing language that can confuse people when purchasing. Why mention the "duo" pricing for the family plan? Yes, I know it says "starting at", but there is no need for that. Be fully transparent. As a company selling "privacy" camouflaging the actual price with another tier's price doesn't really lead me to trust.
It's Proton. What do you expect?
I saw this on my free account today, but not my paid work account. Maybe they are only showing it to free accounts to start.
I could see it on the mail app on my paid account before they announced it, not sure for how long it was there.
I think I’d pay for it just for me so I can have 1TB storage. Or maybe I should just clear it out a little lol
I see it on my paid account in the mail app now too.
I can't see the option on my free account either, despite installing the most recent update earlier today.
Expect this name to change when Cisco comes at them for being too close to Cisco Duo.
I don't think that's how rules for naming things work
While "Cisco Duo" is not listed here:
The following is a list of Cisco's trademarks and registered trademarks in the United States and certain other countries. Please note, however, that this listing is not all-inclusive and the absence of any mark from this list does not mean that it is not a Cisco trademark.
Trademarks are exactly how rules for naming things works.
So Google Duo was replaced by Meet because of Cisco's trademark? One can just go and trademark all numbers?
This is also why Microsoft discontinued the Surface Duo. No one is safe from Cisco's trademark!
The Dutch student loan program is gonna be in a lot of trouble... (Dienst Uitvoering Onderwijs)
Introducing? Haven't they had this for a while?
No. They have a family plan which is way more expensive than two people paying for two separate individual plans.
I looked into proton for myself and my partner earlier this year/last year and it was an option. But I think it was 19.99. I don't think they listed it their other plans tho, it was buried in their site. But it was there
