I have an issue with being bored and depressed alot, i take meds but i stil feel like osmething is missing. is there a solution to deal with theses things becasue i feel constanly bored, are there any tips or sulutions to solve this? also i rant about being bored to everyone even the internet.

Find a hobby, learn a new skill, keep occupied. That's it, there's not much to it, you're not going to magically feel unbored without keeping active.

That's a very personal decision, not one can tell you what makes you tick... Do you like food? Start baking... Do you like anime? Start drawing... Do you like nature? Start hiking... Plants? Start gardening...

I think joining a local league or group with something that interests you. I found curling. The first year you get to know people and even if you end up grouped with people who you don’t 100% click with you will be able to find other people who share an interest and would probably group with you the next year.
