Seems my inventory is now littered with these tech archives that can be "reinstalled" what's up with that?

Also, is activated indium still the go-to farm technique? I have so many of those going and made bank off it years ago, has that been nerfed yet?

I believe gold is top tier cash now. I do not bother farming for money because in my main save I am almost maxed.

I would jump into the current expedition. You can start with your current save now. If you go to the anomaly there is a desk behind the nexus mission terminal near the quicksilver merchant. From there you can start the expedition.

After you finish the expedition do any story missions you have and eventually you will start getting prompts to work on the new stuff.

Fuck I had no idea there was a new expedition! I completely missed that!

Edit: I've been cosplaying the scuba diver from the Spongebob Movie for years now. I have to have that diving suit.

Iirc one update changed how inventories worked, so they transformed your old installed technology to these archived technology packages. so its not lost/unorganized once you log in. Just install it like normal upgrades.

No idea regarding the farming.

Technology and cargo are now completely separate inventories, so any technology you had installed in your general inventory needs to be reinstalled in your technology inventory.

As a way of compensating for this nerf, they also added supercharged slots, which provide a buff to the technology installed in that slot. These are randomly laid out. Higher class equipment has more supercharged slots, but you may need to add slots to uncover all of the supercharged slots.
