Dental school for a cheaper extraction, those can kill you.

Take ibuprofin regularly, benzocaine can be a life saver but you have to apply it regularly, there's also Oraljel mouth wash.

Benzocaine has helped me when I was losing a tooth, gargle with warm saltwater too for any bacteria.
