Piracy is good and you should do more of it. Use https://aniwave.to/ and https://4anime.gg/ for streaming, and https://nyaa.si/ for torrents. Piracy is the only means of digital protest that audiences have to fight poor worker treatment.

Theory: Uzumaki is about the downsides of Spiral Power from Gurren Lagann.

I saw there is now a series for this on HBO. I don't know anything about it. Should I check it out?

From what I've seen, there were huge production issues with the anime and the quality drops off a cliff after the first episode. A lot of people are suspecting David Zaslav of deliberately sabotaging it by releasing it prematurely because he hates animation. I'd say check out E1 and if you like it, then read the manga; it's pretty short.

If you're ok with horror, and body horror and whatnot in particular, you should check it out, sure! I feel there are CWs (body horror mainly, idk) but that's generally par for the course with horror...

For a cozy but hilariously presented idea of what his work (Junji Ito) is about though, I'd reccomend checking out Junji Ito's Cat Diary (would recc either way really)
