Seems like they were members of that bandit group who were supposed to be providing ranged attacks but who never participated in the fight because they'd been separately taken out by that Tabaxi.

The panel before it is two of the attackers asking what happened to their ranged support, and the panel after is one of Konsi's party looking satisfied with themselves while holding what looks like a coin purse.

I'm guessing that the tied up pair with arrows on the floor are the ranged support, and that they didn't intentionally let their team down.

As long as the players got to watch and listen, as the two lovebirds did there thing, there would be no reason to complain. You don’t get to see a a high quality romantic comedy show every day.
