Yes, but only if it’s expired, moldy, or the stack is utterly pulverized. Common misconception that the crispellier is presenting it to you for you to determine if you “like” the varietal. It’s in fact extremely gauche to send back the tube solely because you don’t care for the flavor, as this forces the restaurant to try to sell it by the ziploc.

Only if it's corked (gone bad) or very different from how it was described. Like if the Pringles sommelier tells you it hits the middle of your tongue with the supple taste of sour cream, and the aroma carries notes of onion but you clearly taste cheddar, send it back.
I only eat single source Pringles where all the potatoes for one tube come from one patch before they're pureed and extruded as a disc. It allows you to appreciate the depth of a single source vs the blended varieties that are popular for the mass market.
I don't really know this talk.
