I haven't been in a bit but Pequads has historicallly been my favorite. Lou's and Giardanos are like the Sox/ Cubs for whatever reason people like to pick a side even though it's pretty similar.

If you find yourself in Cicero go to Freddy's Pizza, it's a tiny grocer with fantastic food and homemade Italian ice / Gelato.

You're right about Lou's and Giordano's, but I'll say Lou's all day. Also, second on Freddy's.
