No. On reddit people complain when they see something twice. It's a problem that inevitably happens as you get more and more users.

Lemmy is much smaller, and so I've never seen a repost until now.

My bad. I look at the first two pages and did not see it.
I've saw many repost on meme communities to the point I got bored, not to the point of complaining though. But I guess, a repost once in a while is not too bad.
