College debt - they didn't even vote on it, making it easier for the courts to dismantle.
ACA: no public option, it further entrenched the abusive and useless insurance industry and it was 15 years ago. How much longer do you intend to coast on it?

Instead, it seems that you were talking about the 1997 child tax credit. I guess you have to go pretty far back in order to find examples of when Democrats gave a flying fuck about anyone other than Netanyahu.
