LineageOS on FP4. Did not encounter any model-specific issues.

Usong iodéOS, everything went smoothly, no issues so far. At the time I received the FP5, lineage didn't have aa build publicly available, and therefore neither did microG, so I went there. Didn't see a reason to move out yet

I have a fairphone 5.

I tried installing iodeOS, the installation was quite difficult as their tool let me down during the installation. Impossible to complete the installation, after multiple tries. So I had to install lineage OS and sideload iode OS on top.

Then I tried CalyxOS, the installation was seamless. I added TrackerControl to limit the tracking of some apps from the aurora store and a Gcam port. This combination is the best phone experience I'ver ever had !

Edit : I used to have a oneplus 7 on /e/OS before the fairphone. Their trackerblocker is really nice. Their app store is an aurora store able to search on fdroid (but you can not add repos). Their privacy related notation system for the applications is a nice touch.

I had some trouble with their store this past few months, so I had to install the aurora store to update my apps.

Their services were down during a few weeks/months I guess, but it seems to work again.

I've used LineageOS on several phones and /e/os on a OnePlus 5. I'm not a huge fan of the iOS style skin on /e/os, but you can always change launchers as you see fit. Otherwise I've had great experiences with both. Just stick with official builds and pretty much everything will work upon flashing.

I'm rocking CalyxOS on my Fairphone4. The installation was smooth as a baby's bottom and I've never had any issue with it, save for a small bug with the backlight control under intense heat in the summer that took a while to fix 2 years ago.

I had a Galaxy S9 with /e/OS, and it ran pretty smoothly. No issues with banking apps, or other common sticking points. Just no NFC

I now use a OnePlus 11 with LineageOS, and have run into issues with Spotify (of all things) and occasional issues with Aurora store on the work profile
