I am pretty amazed this is happening. I thought for sure twitch would continue to just continue riding there early success and make no changes

From the article about the rules: "And streamers can’t use third-party services to do things like merge chat across platforms."

That's stupid. Why force streamers to use more screen real estate for more chat windows?
