Original Title: TIL a study involving 75K adults compared the participants' preferred sleep timing (known as chronotype) with their actual sleep behavior & found regardless of one's preferred bedtime, everyone benefitted from turning in early. Being up late is not good for your mental health (suggested 1am bedtime)
