Yup. ProtonVPN is only $10/mo and I trust them to not give my information to anyone and I can torrent at gigabit speeds with their network. Combine that with a self hosted jellyfin and qBittorrent with gluetun in a container, and it's like having access to every streaming service for a fraction of the cost. With Tailscale I can access it anywhere.

You could also use Real Debrid, but I've never tried that.
